The Angiogenesis Foundation, a global non-profit focused on cancer prevention and medical innovation, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the C-suite executives, specifically the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Operating Officer, as well as the CEO. The Foundation is seeking someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, who is confident, organized, detail-oriented, a quick learner and who possesses excellent judgment.
The role of the EA is to not only provide daily and strategic support as a member of the executive suite, but also to directly engage in program work. The Angiogenesis Foundation’s programs include educating physicians on new treatments, convening world experts in summit events, organizing and staffing advocacy exhibits at medical conferences, and developing technology platforms for disseminating life saving information. Essential Functions:
Provide high level and detailed calendar management - prioritizing and managing multiple calendars, including organization event calendar
Executive travel support, coordinating and arranging all domestic and international travel and meeting logistics
Event planning, assist with management of meetings, meeting arrangements and implementation plans for all action items

Minimum Requirements / Required qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple people or executive assistant support
Experience with Apple products and platform (MacBook laptop, iPhone, iCal, Apple Mail, etc.)
Word and Excel skills

The Creative Program Manager for Science Media Content will drive the development, launch, and operations of national and global strategic initiatives including multimedia education, events, and awareness programs related to dietary prevention and medical interventions for cancer, aging, diabetes, and other major non-communicable diseases. We are seeking a capable, driven, high-level manager who can maintain the highest standards while meeting tight deadlines. Problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail will be as essential as tactical thinking, clear communication, and technical knowledge. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and a background and/or keen interest in science is a major plus. The Creative Program Manager for Science Media Content will work with diverse teams including scientists, media, facilitators, writers, and artists. Reporting to the executive team, the post-holder will be responsible for ensuring all project work is signed off by key stakeholders, any issues are resolved, and all feedback is incorporated.

Our advocacy and education programs are set to expand in the new year – we are looking for a talented graphic designer with a background or strong interest in biological sciences. Our ideal candidate is ready for a mix of web and poster design, motion graphics, and print layout. We need a good collaborator with an eye for detail and a willingness to jump into big ongoing projects.
The position would work closely with our Creative Director. This is a full-time paid internship that will last 6 months.
What you will do: conceive of and design digital and print media for our many programs involving education around medicine, science and lifestyle. You will be joining our award-winning visualization team in the creation of everything from illustrated documents that will be read at the White House to designing educational posters, websites, and mobile apps with a global audience. It is important that you have a passion for educational graphics and want to serve our mission: to improve global health by advancing knowledge of Angiogenesis-based medicine, diet, and lifestyle.

The Angiogenesis Foundation is a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based health nonprofit organization with an extraordinary mission: to improve global health using diet, lifestyle, and medicines based on angiogenesis. The Web Content Associate position provides an opportunity to develop relevant skills in web content design, creation and editing while keeping the Foundation’s websites up to date. Projects will be determined on an ongoing basis by the Programs Department based on experience and current needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update existing websites, including adding content, audio, and implementing translations using the Foundation’s content management systems
Review the Foundation’s websites on a regular basis to find and fix broken links, remove or revise outdated pages, and add any pages that are needed
Work with the Programs Department to create custom landing pages and other web pages as needed
Upload publications into downloadable digital form on the web
Provide key metrics and statistics for websites including number of visitors and downloads
Version animations and videos for publication Foundation’s YouTube channel
Maintain secure site SSL Certificate Renewal across multiple domains

The Angiogenesis Foundation is offering a fellowship in the Programs Department. The fellow will assist the CEO, and also COO, with Foundation management, processes, research, and interact with project managers and external VIPs concerning major initiatives and projects, proposals and reports. Coordinating internal and external relations, and relationship management will be a central role. In addition, fellows will support program departments with data acquisition, data analysis, and other day-to-day tasks. The fellow will learn valuable information about the emerging angiogenesis field with one of the foremost pioneers in the industry, about the business world, especially as it relates to the healthcare, biopharmaceutical, and nonprofit sector. The fellow will directly support projects for the CEO while earning the potential for a full time position, and positive references in future job searches.
Essential Functions:
Plan and coordinate strategic activities with CEO, and also COO.
Assist CEO to implement special projects and department initiatives, routine policies and procedures, and work with staff to ensure success of programs, and provide necessary support.
Assist CEO with managing inquires, external communications, and engagements with existing and new high level contacts.
Work with CEO on speeches, public and board presentations, and related strategy.
Wide-ranging research support.
Analyze strategic opportunities and threats on local, regional, national, international levels.
Liaise between CEO and staff for events, meetings, travel and travel planning, and vendors
Assist with communications from CEO office .
Work with CEO and COO to identify processes and tools that streamline organizational efficiency and generate funding to support mission
Develop and maintain databases/models
Attend meetings, conferences, functions related to CEO’s work.
